Eric Render: Company President:

Eric Render is a second generation contractor formally educated at Michigan State University studying both Construction Management and Business Administration. Eric has been a State Licensed Builder from the age of nineteen. As a high school and collegiate athlete and team captain, Eric has always embraced the role of a team leader. From a young age Mr. Render has developed a tenacious work ethic and construction knowledge learned from his father and uncle, both veteran construction contractors. Eric believes that the most rewarding aspect of his career is pulling a team together to turn our client’s vision from a dream to reality.

Jerry Ford: Project Manager

Jerry Ford brings over twenty five years of construction and remodeling expertise to the Render Construction team. Jerry holds a Michigan Builders License and is certified by the American Architectural Manufactures Association for Window & Door Installation and Service. Before coming to Render Construction, Jerry owned and operated a custom remodeling business in the Metro Detroit area for eleven years. Jerry’s high energy level and perfectionist approach to all he does make him a perfect fit and team leader here at Render Construction.

Julie Forman: Accounting & Administration

Julie Forman brings nearly twenty years of accounting experience to the Render Construction team. Keeping meticulous financial and project records is a vital part of the construction process. Julie has been a valuable addition to the company since she joined us in 2005.

Chad Walker: Operations Manager

Growing up on a northern Michigan farm Chad learned the meaning of hard work at a young age. Chad is a skilled carpenter and equipment operator and his efforts to track and maintain company tools and equipment play a vital role in the daily operations of the Render Construction Team.

Greg Smith: Master Carpenter

Greg has been in the Custom Home Building business from the early 1970’s. His problem solving abilities, mastery of custom built in cabinetry, complex millwork installations, and overall wealth of experience make him a vital part of the Render Construction Team. Greg is the third RC employee to hold a Michigan Builder’s License.
