We will take your ideas, needs and goals, and combine them with our knowledge of site conditions and code requirements to bring your custom dream home to reality. When the refined sketches are approved, we turn your design into final construction documents.
Once a final design is established, we will look at the different materials that are available for your new custom home. We will guide you through the selection process, then generate a final contract price.
Throughout the construction of your home, you will be involved in all material selections and design decisions. You will work directly with a project manager and client coordinator to follow the construction process and make decisions along the way.
By working with the same dedicated team from the beginning, the design and planning of your home will take into account the realities of the construction process.
